Quinoa Bowl

In Bangkok we sometimes went to a wonderful restaurant - Veganerie! They have a really fantastic quinoa bowl x) Today I made my own version - with white quinoa, cucumber, smoked salmon, rocket salad, (airfryer) beetroot chips, fresh soybeans from edamame and steamed sweet potato :)
