Homemade Nutella

Recently I made a braided yeast bun with hazelnut chocolate filling. I had some leftover.. and that’s when I discovered how fantastic it is as nutella! Even more so after my Zealand visit to restock my cacao powder ;) Simply mix ground hazelnuts, add 1-2 tsp of caco powder, a bit erythritol to taste, a pinch of salt, a bit cinnamon, a drop of vanilla - finished! :) Cook it over high heat and pour it in a sterilized jam jar! Yummy xD
