Bubble Tea

The last time I was in Thailand (over New Years’s 2021/22), I discovered a new green tea: hojicha! It’s flavor is fantastic with a nice smokey touch, perhaps it could be called a pendant to coffee! Anyway, every other day I had it with loads of bubbles ;) So one of the first things I bought when I got back home: a matcha tea set, hojicha and tapioca pearls to make it all with erythritol :)
